This topic covers learning theories and learning styles, and the links between them. It begins by looking at the three main groups of learning theories, and goes on to look at the links between learning theories and teaching and learning styles. You will then have an opportunity to assess your preferred learning style(s) and to consider how you can adapt your study skills techniques to suit these.
